The Becoming Still weekend retreat uses attunement to shift your vibration.  Your vibration shifts… and your energy flow increases… as you release resistance from your body and mind.  This attunement changes your very core, allowing you to sustain the stillness over time.

Resistance is the absence of ease anywhere in your body and mind.  Resistance is any disturbance that you experience in your natural stillness.

You may experience resistance as tension, stress, stuck emotions, reactivity, irritation, restlessness, constant judgement, limitation, incessant internal conversations,  disfunction — and many other loud and soft forms of disturbance.
