The Becoming Still weekend retreat uses attunement to shift your vibration. Your vibration shifts… and your energy flow increases… as you release resistance from your body and mind.
Resistance is the absence of ease anywhere in your body and mind. Resistance is any disturbance that you experience in your natural stillness.
You may experience resistance as tension, stress, stuck emotions, reactivity, irritation, restlessness, constant judgement, limitation, incessant internal conversations, disfunction — and many other loud and soft forms of disturbance.
You may not yet know the place of non-disturbance, stillness.
Or, you may know it but also know that you have lost the strong presence of it in your life.
Or, you may have the experience intermittently – when you step through a familiar threshold, such as meditation or artisitic expression or even athletic endeavor. The experience of non-disturbance may linger a while and then dim.
If you know the place of stillness, then you know that, from there, you experience your BIG SELF, your BEING, as a natural outcome. BIG SELF is just the expanded sense of yourself — beyond the contraints of ego (SMALL SELF).
That state of BEING — clarity, connectedness, direct knowing / intuition, inner peace — is always there, waiting for your return.
Having made the distinctions of stepping through the doorway into BIG SELF – and with ongoing practice – you can learn to live in that open and constantly nourishing place of BEING every moment.
Join our small group as we return to and deepen our experience of stillness. It is both sacred and simple (even easy!), as we attune ourselves to our most innate energy and intelligence.
