The processes of the weekend will:
• Uncoil the tangles that stress has left in your body
• Soften the stuck emotions that have not found resolution
• Relieve the internal conversations that disturb your peace

With you we will co-create an opening and learning space as we:
• Breathe and vibrate
• Play experientially with the skills and distinctions of present-moment awareness
• Rest at such a deep level that is difficult to explain (it can only be remembered)

• Tune ourselves to the frequencies of stillness

Participating in the retreat will:
• Leave you at ease in your own body
• Center and ground you so that you lose yourself less easily, less often, and for less time
• Create space for your intuition to be heard
• Make giving and receiving love a natural condition
• Soften the hard confines of body and mind so that play – and magic – are possible again
What to Bring: an automobile buffer with speed control and extension cord, a CD player and headphones, a pillow, and a blanket. Please label your equipment.
